With Werkhalle Ravensburg, a unique place has come to life: an award-winning office that blends historic industrial charm with a forward-thinking work culture. Located in the heart of Ravensburg’s Mühlenviertel, the former factory hall now offers space for collaboration, creativity, and exchange – shaped by a carefully conceived lighting concept that we at GRAU developed together with our partners.
Award-Winning Workspaces
The project was honored with the Best Workspace Award 2022 – a recognition for spaces that set new standards in the interplay of architecture, design, and workplace quality. The transformation was planned by Bächlemeid Architekten Konstanz and realized with high-quality materials, modular furnishings, and a strong focus on atmosphere.
Light that Inspires
A central element of the spatial concept is the targeted lighting of individual workstations. Our Xt-a Single was used – a minimalist desk lamp that combines ergonomics, high light quality, and flexibility. Each workspace can be individually illuminated – glare-free, energy-efficient, and intuitively controllable.
