What is the difference between Team Home, Team Agile, and Essence?

All three are GRAU workplace lights for focused work. Team Home (€999) is the most powerful desk light in the series for the home office: 4000 lumens, CRI 94+, Color Tune, and indirect ambient light, controlled via the Smart Switch on the lamp without requiring an app. Team Agile (from €1,750) adds fully automatic sensor control (motion and light sensor), swarm function, and the GRAU App, designed for flexible office and new-work environments. Essence (€1,240) offers OSA antiglare technology, a constant-light controller, and sensors specifically for professional workplaces. Team Home is the best choice for home-office users who want maximum light output without smart-home complexity.

Why does Team Home have 4x as much light as ordinary desk lamps?

Team Home delivers 4000 lumens, while conventional desk lamps typically reach 800 to 1200 lumens. This is made possible by the Beam Lens technology with 240 integrated high-performance LEDs, which distributes the light evenly, glare-free, and powerfully across the entire desk. The slim lamp head has a particularly wide light throw, so Team Home illuminates the complete workspace without being in your field of view.

What does CRI 94+ mean for Team Home and why does it matter?

CRI 94+ means that Team Home renders colors with exceptionally high fidelity, noticeably better than the already high CRI 90+ standard of most other GRAU lights. A high color rendering index reduces fatigue during long screen work, improves the perception of colors and contrasts on documents and displays, and demonstrably increases well-being, focus, and productivity at the workplace.

How does Color Tune work on Team Home?

Color Tune allows brightness and color temperature to be controlled independently via the Smart Switch on the lamp, without an app or smart-home system. The color temperature can be adjusted continuously between 2700K (warm white, ideal for relaxed evening work) and 4000K (cool white daylight spectrum, ideal for focused work in the morning and afternoon). In addition, two fixed light colors (2700K and 3500K) can be recalled directly at the press of a button.

What benefit does Team Home's indirect light provide in the home office?

Team Home combines direct work light on the desk with indirect light on the ceiling and walls. The indirect light reduces disruptive brightness contrasts between the brightly lit desk and the dark surroundings, a common cause of fatigue with desk-only lamps. The result is an even, generous sense of space that makes long working sessions in the home office considerably more pleasant.

Do I need the GRAU App to use Team Home?

No. Team Home is operated entirely via the Smart Switch on the lamp: dimming brightness, adjusting color temperature, and recalling the two preset light colors (2700K and 3500K), all at the press of a button. An app or smart-home integration is not required. This makes Team Home especially practical for anyone seeking maximum light quality without technical effort.

Which home-office situations is Team Home particularly suited for?

Team Home is suitable for all home-office users who want professional light quality at the desk: intensive screen and writing work over many hours, creative activities such as design, photography, or illustration where color rendering is crucial, video calls where sufficient light on the face and in the room matters, and hybrid work situations where the home office also serves as a living space in the evening and a warmer light color is desired.

What does Team Home cost and what warranty applies?

Team Home costs €999, including VAT. Delivery within Germany is free for orders over €50. Team Home is manufactured at the GRAU Campus in Germany; GRAU provides long-term availability of spare parts and sustainable service.
