Delivery
We provide a door-to-door delivery service with DHL & UPS. Free delivery for orders within Germany, France, Austria & Switzerland over 50 EUR, excluding VAT. We do not provide delivery to a Packstation.
Payment options
Relaxed shopping and convenient payment. You can purchase GRAU products online via credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Installments or ApplePay.
International shipping
We take orders from and deliver to the following countries:

For the delivery we charge a rate according to the following table:

Return items to us free of charge. Send us an e-mail at support@grau.art within 14 days to arrange free collection or use our return portal.

Please understand that special orders cannot be placed via our online store and that we cannot guarantee fixed delivery dates on online orders.
