Right of Withdrawal

1. If the customer is a consumer, he or she has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
2. If the customer, as a consumer, exercises his or her right of withdrawal according to item 1, he or she shall bear the regular costs of return shipping.
3. Otherwise, the regulations for the right of withdrawal are those detailed in the following

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may either formulate the withdrawal yourself or use the sample withdrawal form provided to you here.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees because of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

(Section 312g paragraph 2 no. 1 BGB: (2) The right of withdrawal does not apply, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, to the following contracts: 1. Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer

End of Withdrawal Instruction

The right of withdrawal does not exist for Distance contracts

1. for the delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs or that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return or may perish quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded,
2. for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software, provided you have unsealed the delivered data carriers.

The right of withdrawal does not exist in the GRAU retail stores, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, for the following contracts:

1. Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g paragraph 2 no. 1 BGB)

 

Archive Sale – Special Notes on Returns & Exchanges

Items in the Archive Sale are selected unique pieces, including production remnants, exhibition items, or samples from past collections. Each piece is unique and only available in the displayed version.

Right of Withdrawal
Your statutory right of withdrawal according to § 355 BGB remains fully intact. You can withdraw from Archive Sale items within 14 days of delivery. After timely withdrawal and return of the goods, we will refund the full purchase price via the original payment method.

Exchange
Since Archive Sale items are unique pieces, an exchange for an identical item is generally excluded. If you return an item and prefer an alternative instead of a full refund, the following options are available:

• Voucher for the full purchase price, redeemable across the entire Grau range
• Exchange for another product from the currently available offer

Condition of Goods
Archive Sale items may show slight signs of use or storage marks, which are documented in the product image and description. These do not constitute a defect under warranty law, provided they were transparently communicated before purchase.

Defects & Warranty
The statutory warranty remains unaffected. In the case of an actual defect not specified in the product description, you are entitled to rectification, reduction, or withdrawal according to legal regulations.
