That's fine. You can return your GRAU light or accessory within 14 days of receipt- unused and in its original packaging.
If the return is outside this period, or if your product is damaged, please contact our team directly. Together, we will find a solution.
Here's how it works
1. Register return
Use our returns portal to easily register your return.
2. Package product
Please carefully pack your light in the original packaging. This ensures it travels safely back to us.
3. Send back
After registration, you will receive your shipping label. Then drop off the package with a shipping provider of your choice.
Additional notes
We can only accept returns of already assembled or used products if there is a defect. Custom-made lights and special solutions are subject to their own conditions.
