Shipping policy

Delivery

We offer a door-to-door delivery service with DHL & UPS. Free delivery for orders within Germany, France, Austria & Switzerland over 50 EUR excl. VAT. We do not offer delivery to parcel stations.

The estimated delivery shown refers to the period in which your order arrives with you, not the time of dispatch.

Payment

Relaxed shopping and convenient payment. You can pay for GRAU products online by credit card, Klarna purchase on account, Klarna installments, Klarna instant purchase, PayPal, Google Pay and ApplePay.

We accept orders from and deliver to the following countries:

Free Returns

Returning items to us is free of charge. Send us an email at support@grau.art within 14 days to arrange a free pickup, or use our returns portal.
